As I’m if you’re a regular reader you’ll know we’re big Make Up Revolution fans (see your reviews here), not only is it a bargain price it’s a Cruelty Free brand too. When L and I were on one of our many shopping trips one palette neither of us could resist is the Flawless Mattes palettes, it can be hard to find good matte shades so to find a full palette of them for less than £10 neither of us could resist.
The palette comes with an impressive 32 matte shades that cover warm and cool tones and light and dark. It comes in a simple black packaging and has a huge mirror so it’s great for on the go.
As with all the make up revolution products we’ve tried, quality doesn’t disappoint, the swatches below show the shades in natural light. The pigmentation on them is amazing, especially for matte shades as sometimes they can be chalky and dry. These apply easily to the eye and blend out well.
I’ve been especially loving the warm rose tones in the middle of the palette, they’re great for defining the eye in a soft way for barely there make up looks.
If you’re a fan of matte shades or find some palettes lacking a range of matte shades and tones this is perfect for you, I find it especially compliments my Urban Decay Naked palettes and I tend to use it in conjunction with other palettes most days. There are also shades perfect for the brows.
Have you tried the Flawless Mattes palletes. When it’s currently 3 for 2 in superdrug as well it’s too much of a bargain to resist.
