When I went cruelty free the hardest thing I found to change was toothpaste, I struggled to find a good one (I shared a post on deodorant and toothpaste here) for travelling I take the lush one’s featured in that post and for everyday use one by Dr Organics. Something I hadn’t found though and had debated making my own was a Cruelty free mouthwash so when I saw lush were bringing out mouthwash tabs I had to try them.
The mouthwash tabs are similar to the toothpaste tabs and come in three flavours I went for the Creme de Menthe as I like minty flavours as for me mouthwash is something to freshen my breath post brushing. They retail for £5.95 for a pot.
I think there are around 50 tablets so they’ll last just over a month if you use them once a day, I tend to only use mouthwash tabs in the mornings.
These are great, pop one in your mouth, chew, add some water and swill around for minty fresh breath. They leave my mouth feeling clean and fresh and have a traditional minty taste which is why I was most drawn to this flavour of them.
These are perfect for in the home or travelling and not only are they Cruelty free they’re also vegan!
These are available online and in certain lush stores.
Would you try a solid mouthwash?
