Last week we were lucky enough to be invited to see the new Lush store. A few weeks back we went to Lush Oxford Street and it made us even more excited. We couldn’t wait to visit and stock up on the essentials, we love how hands on Lush is and it’s great to see and play with the products to find the right one for you.
Lush Cardiff now has one of the biggest spas Lush have in Europe and it’s gorgeous, the whole store is done out with reclaimed wood and the kitchen area you wait in for treatments feels so homely and country cottage esque. It’s amazing. I bought my mum a treatment for mother’s day and can’t wait to visit with her.
There are loads of different treatments offered from facials, massages, ear candle and Indian head massage (what I’ve booked for my mum), body scrubs and treatments including exclusion bath bombs in the most gorgeous baths. Find out about all the treatments available here. Karma is currently a Oxford Street exclusive but it’s coming to Cardiff soon and after seeing a preview in Oxford Street I’m excited.
The spa is amazing at allowing you to forget where you are, lush have thought of everything. The rooms are beautifully decorated and with some treatments your treatment differs depending on the products and oils you chose and it’s totally personalised to you.
The Comforter treatment got my attention even more after seeing the room, with these treatments so much thought has gone in to them, I love the lighting in this treatment, It includes a chocolate scrub followed by a massage and better than most scrubs it’s removed with warm towels rather than needing a shower mid treatment so it’s totally relaxing.
After the treatment it’s not over, there are bathrooms and showers with a huge range of products you can use afterwards.I love this touch!
As well as the spa Cardiff now has a range of spa exclusive products and some specifically Cardiff exclusives including the Yellow Submarine Bath Bomb, how cute is this, L and I both bought these as they are so cute!
Look how bubbly it is, also the sinks are there for demonstrations of the bath bombs, how amazing!
The new store is gorgeous with so many amazing products! Including make up you can see below, I purchased a eye pigment in oxford street I’ll be sharing soon as it’s amazing!!!
The lipsticks are also so good now, there so pigmented. I have one of the old styles in perspective and love it so can’t wait to try these.
The skincare section of the new store is gorgeous, the massive ice bath filled with all the fresh face masks is gorgeous, there is also and amazing new section with all the skin care.
The Gourmet Soaps are exclusive to Lush Cardiff and Oxford street and are amazing, after trying it I bought the Olive Tree one, I would never have picked this scent but after trying it I was sold. I’ve always been a fan of lush soaps, honey I washed the kids was the first product I purchased and still always have one in my stash and porridge and yule log are my favourites but sadly discontinued.
Have you visited the new store yet if you’re local? I will always love Lush as it’s cruelty free and easy to get so many amazing products!
